15th Annual “Fall for the Book” was a tasty treat

On Thursday September 26th, the 15th annual Fall for the Book welcomed its largest line-up ever of cookbook authors and food writers for a Prince William event, including Norman Davis, co-owner of The Sweet Life, a custom cakery in Annandale, Virginia; Todd Gray and Ellen Kassoff Gray, authors of The New Jewish Table: Modern Seasonal Recipes for Traditional Dishes; Krista Gallagher and Kris Schoels, editors of A Taste of Virginia Tech; Forrest Pritchard, author of Gaining Ground: A Story of Farmers’ Markets, Local Food, and Saving the Family Farm; Michael Stein, staff writer for the blog DCBeer.com; and Peter and Laura Zeranski, author of Polish Classic Cooking and Polish Classic Desserts. Manassas author Claudia Lefeve (Travelers Series, Darkly Beings), joined the panel along with her husband, Chef Dave Lefeve of Market Salamander in Middleburg.
