The Haymarket Chapter of Quilters Unlimited has a very special event planned during their meeting on April 4, at the Evergreen Fire House on Rt 15, beginning at 6:15pm. This annual auction is a fundraiser for the chapter. It’s a quilters paradise with yards & yards of fabric, quilt kits, patterns and fat quarter sets, including quilting cottons, flannel, fleece and decorator fabric. There will also be finished quilts, quilt tops, quilted tote bags, quilting frames & racks, and even a sewing machine tote with matching storage inserts. They will also feature notions and more that 250 books, some of which will be on a “Buy it Now” table, as well as a table of free items.
Come on out for an event that is bound to be a lot of fun, and you just might take home some treasures!
