In August, members of the community attended a “Design Day” event where kids and adults collaborated on designs for an all-new inclusive playspace at George Hellwig Memorial Park in Manassas.
Now, after months of preparation, the design for this new playspace has been selected and your help is needed to build it! Come for a hands-on community build event and help create an exciting new space for kids and families to enjoy for years to come.
Volunteers will work together on a variety of tasks to help bring the new playspace to life. Come lend a hand, meet your neighbors, and be part of something the whole community can enjoy!
Grab your friends and family and let’s build something amazing together!
