Osbourn Park High School will be hosting the annual charity event Hoops Fest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26. The top high school boys and girls basketball players from Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park compete in a variety of skills competitions, including a three-point shootout and a slam dunk contest.
The proceeds raised from this year’s event will benefit Dianne Braley, mother of Jack Braley, a senior student-athlete at Osbourn Park High. She is battling stage four colorectal cancer and the money raised will go toward her medical costs.
Hoops Fest is sponsored by InsideNoVa.com, InsideNova/Prince William, and Battlefield Ford. Admission for the event is $10 at the door. Tickets can also be purchased in advance.
