Prince William County Department of Development Services has released “A How-To Guide for Building Development ePlan Submissions.” This comprehensive guide is for commercial developers, project managers and homeowners. It follows the launch of the latest version of the Citizen Self-Service ePortal last month, adding to the department’s growing portfolio of online electronic services.
Wade A. Hugh is Director, Department of Development Services. Hugh said, “Our Building Development Division of technical experts have created this guide to make the migration from paper to electronic services. [There are] quick and customizable solutions that are easy to implement, cost effective and most important, with the health and safety of our community in mind. “Customers can now access the ePortal, ePlans Guide and the How-To Guide in the convenience of their business or home office.”
The Department is proud to release this comprehensive How-To Guide. Staff looks forward to connecting with the public to learn more about how they can help. Please visit pwcgov.org/DDS and click on the “Online & Automated Services” on the Menu Bar to download the How-To Guide video presentation.
