HyQuest Consulting Solutions, LLC President and CEO Jameece D. Pinckney has graduated from the SBA’s 2019 Emerging Leaders Program. The intensive seven-month program provides customized, executive-level
training designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential small businesses. When considering Pinckney as an entrant to the program, the SBA also considered HyQuest’s current status and commitment to growth.
The program training is for established small business owners and executives with annual revenues of at least $250,000. They must have been in business for at least three years and have at least one employee other than themselves. Specialized training areas include growth strategy plans, financing and access to capital, government contracting, and CEO mentoring. Training areas have the objective of stimulating and supporting the expansion of the participants’ businesses.
Pinckney said, “I am grateful to have participated in the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program. The enhanced knowledge, tools, and skills I have gained throughout the training series are invaluable and will lay the foundation for HyQuest’s growth and development in the next several years and beyond.
“The program has also given me the opportunity to make valuable connections with other small business participants; we will maintain these relationships for our mutual benefit in the future.” During the program, Pinckney developed a three-year strategic growth action plan. She will complete annual business assessments for the next three years to track the plan’s impact.
