Lane closures will occur along northbound and southbound I-95 between Cardinal Drive and the Dale City cars-only rest area Monday, March 6 through Thursday, March 9 for inspection of the bridges over Neabsco Creek, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The closures will occur as follows:
- Monday, March 6: Southbound right lane closed between 9:00 a. m. and 2:30 p. m.; northbound two right lanes between 10:00 p. m. and 1:30 a. m., then southbound two right lanes between 1:30 and 4:30 a. m.
- Tuesday, March 7: Northbound left lane closed between 9:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m.
- Wednesday, March 8: Southbound right lane closed between 9:00 a. m. and 2:30 p. m.
- Thursday, March 9: Northbound left lane closed between 9:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m.
Drivers should expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes. The I-95 Express Lanes will not be impacted by this work.
