Westminster at Lake Ridge, Ingleside’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Virginia, has announced that its Life Enrichment Manager, Otmar Donald, ACC, has been named a 2024 Future Leader by WTWH Healthcare’s Aging Media Network in the Senior Housing & Senior Living category. A dynamic leader, Donald has demonstrated the Ingleside value of innovation by helping to foster an environment where seniors can live vibrant lives through programs, events, and activities such as fitness, art, music, and other therapies.
“Otmar has been instrumental in managing and spearheading the coordination of new programs, events, and trips for residents in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods,” said Westminster at Lake Ridge Executive Director Kera Wooten. “He has remained committed to his role of enriching the lives of residents while advocating for their wellbeing, and supporting them in their personal goals that enhance the vibrancy of their daily life.”
Donald’s recognition honors his contributions to creating and managing both inclusive programs and activities in the Senior Housing & Senior Living category. His insights and advice for other future leaders emerging within the industry will be featured in an upcoming interview with Senior Housing News (SHN).

The Future Leaders Awards program recognizes up-and-coming industry members who are shaping the next decade of senior housing, skilled nursing, home health, and hospice care. Future Leader Awardees were selected based on nominations by their peers as well as their innovations and commitments within the senior living industry. Award recipients will be featured in upcoming Aging Media publications and invited to attend Aging Media’s in-person conferences this fall.
