Ingleside Receives Great Place to Work® Certification in 2022

Ingleside, a premier not-for-profit provider of comprehensive older adult services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year in 2022.  

 “This recognition reflects the incredible work and dedication from each and every member of our staff,” said Ingleside CEO and President Lynn O’Connor. “I’m so proud of the commitment that our staff makes to Ingleside residents every day, and the positive work environment that has been built and maintained at each of our three senior living communities in Washington, D.C., Rockville, Maryland, and Lake Ridge, Virginia, as well as the work of Ingleside at Home and the Westminster Ingleside Foundation.” 

Following a review of survey responses completed by Ingleside employees, this is the fourth consecutive year that Ingleside has achieved the Great Place to Work® Certification. After the employee surveys were tabulated, Ingleside’s Trust Index Score ranked two points higher than 2021.
