On June 9, at 7:30 p. m., members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community from Masroor Mosque are holding first Interfaith Ramadan Dinner at our newly acquired Mosque. Hundreds of community members will gather at sunset to break their fast as part of the typical Iftar dinner service. The public is also welcome to partake in Ramadan festivities. Guests from various backgrounds including civic leadership, public officials, law enforcement, and religious leaders have been invited.
The best way to build peace, tolerance and understanding within a society is for people to interact with one another and understand what is sacred to each faith. What better way of building friendships with others than by sharing in a meal?
