Over 700 walkers and runners participated in the 8th Annual IWALK for ACTS on Oct. 6. The event, hosted by Image Church and Action in Community Through Service (ACTS), to benefit ACTS, raised over $150,000. The event featured a 5K run/walk through Stonebridge Town Center, followed by a family festival where thousands more joined the event. Funds are still coming in!

“The 8th Annual IWALK for ACTS was a great success. We are so grateful for our partnership with Image Church, who created this event and has continued to lead it, as well as Wegmans and Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, who are among the 55 sponsors and partners for this year’s event. We love IWALK because it brings the entire community together, raises awareness of the services we provide, builds bridges with businesses and partners and ultimately helps to fund the critical work we do in Prince William County,” commented Steven Liga, Executive Director and CEO of ACTS.

The event was made possible by generous sponsors and partners. ACTS is a 501(c)(3) organization fostering hope, providing relief and promoting self-sufficiency for our Prince William area neighbors in crisis.
