Kona Ice Keeps Tax Day Cool in Manassas with National Chill Out Day

To provide relief from the tax season hustle, Kona Ice is back again for its annual National “Chill Out” Day. The tropical-themed shaved ice truck will be stationed at the Moose Lodge in Manassas (9305 Brentsville Road) offering complimentary cups of shaved ice to all visitors.

National “Chill Out” Day will take place on Monday, April 15, 2024, starting at 5:30 p.m.

National “Chill Out” Day is Kona Ice’s way of helping the nation unwind amidst the tax season frenzy. It’s a small gesture with a big impact, bringing smiles and relaxation to communities with free treats. Each Kona truck participates in community fundraisers, donating a portion of their earnings back to local schools and organizations. Through partnerships with schools, youth sports leagues, and local organizations, Kona Ice has contributed over $180 million back to the communities it serves.
