Wednesday, May 7, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. – Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center – Hylton Education Center Conference Room, 2300 Opitz Boulevard, Woodbridge
Thursday, May 22, Noon to 1 p.m. – Mason Enterprise Center at Prince William, 10890 George Mason Circle, Bull Run Hall, Room 147, Manassas (Lunch will be served.)
Leadership Prince William offers a 10-month leadership development program for adults who are rising or existing leaders in our community. The program provides a venue for participants to learn more about all aspects of our community, to meet and network with other community leaders, and to identify ways they can contribute to their business and/or community in a leadership role.
The Class of 2014-15 kicks off with an opening retreat in late September, then meets one day a month through June 2015. Topics range from Economic Development to Education, Public Safety, Arts & Culture, and much more. Classes meet at various locations throughout the Prince William Region and include presenters from a variety of professions.
“We are completing the seventh year of Leadership Prince William and have 230 alumni,” said Executive Director Kathy Bentz. “We are looking for another group of exceptional individuals who want to be part of our growing network of leaders and who have a passion for making positive change.”
Applications are available online at www.LeadershipPrinceWilliam.org and will be accepted through June 20, 2014 from individuals who have lived or worked in Prince William County, Manassas or Manassas Park for at least one year.
