(6/12/13 – Manassas, VA) Leadership Prince William celebrated the completion of its sixth year with the June 7th graduation of the Class of 2013. The 39 graduates represent all areas of the Greater Prince William Region—business, government, education, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs.
“In Leadership Prince William, we often talk about what leadership means and how it works in our community. The Class of 2013 shows exactly what leadership looks like,” said Leadership Prince William Chairman Bennett Whitlock. “Over the past year, members of the Class of 2013 have learned information about our community, enhanced their skills, and established connections they can use every day—whether operating their own business, managing a large organization or volunteering.”
The 39 graduates join alumni from five previous classes of Leadership Prince William, for a total of nearly 200 alumni. These alumni include outstanding leaders in virtually all aspects of the Prince William community, and they use their Leadership Prince William experience to give back to the community in many ways.
