City Services on the Move

City of Manassas Customer Service Center

Manassas City offices are on the move – at least temporarily. When City Hall was built in 1987, the population of Manassas was about 22,000, a little over half the population today (42,772). Given the City’s growth and expanded services, City Hall is undergoing major renovations over the next 15+ months to create more usable spaces, new meeting areas, and additional office space.

In the meantime, City services can be found at the following locations:

9800 Godwin Drive Customer Service Center (former DMV building):

  • Planning & Community Development – zoning and permits
  • Commissioner of Revenue – business licenses and property taxes
  • Treasurer – tax payments and parking permits

9324 West Street (Downtown):

  • Economic Development
  • Mayor and Council
  • City Manager, Clerk, Attorney, and Communications
