New Manassas City Police Public Information Officer
The Manassas City Police Department will have a new Public Information Officer. Sergeant Shauna Moller will take over public information duties from newly promoted Lieutenant Brett Stumpf effective July 14, 2025. Her desk number is 703-257-8020 and email is smoller@manassava.gov.
MCPD Promotions and Department Reorganization
After spending approximately 15 months as the Interim City Manager and analyzing the effectiveness of the
leadership structure and management of programs, Chief Keen determined that a reorganization of the
agency would be implemented to assist with meeting MCPD’s goals and objectives. This reorganization is
designed to help MCPD be more efficient in the areas of accountability of staff, resources, future planning,
career development, and providing services to our community while meeting the objectives of MCPD’s new
mission, vision, and leadership statements. The biggest change is the creation of an additional
Captain/Assistant Chief of Police position that will oversee and manage the Special Operations Division. These changes will take effect by July 28, 2025.
