On Tuesday, Oct. 24, the BOCS adopted the Prince William Community Energy and Sustainability Master Plan (CESMP, BOCS Work Session issue 156). The County utilized an inclusive stakeholder engagement process in developing the master plan, which consists of five Climate Mitigation and Resilience Goals, which are supported by twenty-five High Priority Actions.
