McCall Studio and DMVISUAL LLC rang in the New Year with style at their 9th Annual New Year Red Carpet Gala on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026. Held at the McCall Studio Gallery, the evening featured “New Charcoals” (#JanShow) by local artist Denise McCall, along with the debut of live music by the duet L. Howard and E. Lucchesi Leon. Guests enjoyed an inspiring mix of visual art and music while celebrating creativity and community. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited the local nonprofit Hire Ground, along with the arts in the region.
The celebration continues next month with McCall Studio’s 9th Annual Valentine’s Red Carpet of the Arts Gala, set for Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. This Valentine’s-themed event will feature “LOVE ABOUNDS!” (#FebShow), showcasing brand-new charcoal works by Denise McCall alongside art from diverse local creators. Guests can enjoy a complimentary food spread, desserts, champagne, and live music as L. Howard and E. Lucchesi return for their second live debut in Virginia. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity, continuing the gallery’s tradition of giving back. RSVPs are available through Facebook or Eventbrite.
The Valentine’s gala invites guests to truly join in the fun—walk the red carpet for a chance to win prizes, with awards going to the most creatively dressed attendees. Visitors can also shop the McCall Gift Shop for unique Valentine’s gifts, including original artwork, gift certificates, and museum-collection tours. Veterans’ discounts are available.
