Melissa Yuditsky, Bristow Run Elementary School
Melissa Yuditsky is excited to begin her first year as principal of Bristow Run Elementary School and is focused on creating a school where every student feels seen, supported and challenged to grow.
Her vision centers on helping students build confidence, develop meaningful relationships and find a sense of belonging. She hopes every child can say three simple but powerful things: I belong here. I can do hard things. I am not doing this alone.
Yuditsky believes success is measured not only by academic growth but also by students’ confidence in themselves, their connections with others and their excitement for the future. As she leads Bristow Run, her goal is to ensure every Panther feels valued, supported and ready to reach their full potential.
Alyse Zeffiro, Marumsco Hills Elementary School
Alyse Zeffiro, principal of Marumsco Hills Elementary School, shares her vision for a school where every student and staff member is challenged, supported and valued. Her goal is to foster academic excellence while creating a strong sense of community and belonging.
As students begin the school year, Zeffiro hopes every child leaves knowing three things: they are capable, they belong, and they can achieve great things. While academic growth remains a priority, she also emphasizes building confidence, curiosity and self-belief.
She wants every student who walks through the doors of Marumsco Hills to feel welcomed by teachers who believe in them and are committed to helping them reach their full potential.
