- Design and Architecture, Detached Home (lots > 7,000 SF), $400K-$500K Winner: Calahan Model at Aspen North
- Design and Architecture, Detached Home (lots > 7,000 SF), $500K-$600K Winner: Silverton Model at Aspen North
- Design and Architecture, Detached Home (lots < 7,000 SF), $300K-$400K Award of Merit: Hartwood Model at Embrey Mill
- Design and Architecture, Attached Home $350K-$400K Winner: Grand Central Model at Signal Hill Station
- Award of Outstanding Sales Person, Attached Homes $300K-$400K Winner: Eric Hansen, Sales Manager
- Award of Exceptional Sales Effort Winner: Catherine Taylor, Sales Manager
Miller & Smith’s development affiliate, One Loudoun LLC, was also honored in the following categories:
- Best Website, Master Planned Residential Community
- Best Online Advertising Ad Campaign
- Best Integrated Marketing Campaign, Master Planned/Mixed-Use Community

The ceremony is presented annually by the Washington Metropolitan Sales & Marketing Council (WMSMC), the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA).
