The Prince William County Service Authority will be hosting a Model Water Tower Competition for area middle school students on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 9:45 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. at the Raymond Spittle Building, located at 4 County Complex Court in Woodbridge. The 19 entrants from Prince William County will be judged on their water tower’s structural and hydraulic integrity, cost efficiency and design ingenuity. This event is highly visual with hands-on demonstrations of their water towers to the judges that morning.
