Strategic Management Partners announced that AARP – Virginia and the Prince William County Area Agency on Aging will exhibit at Navigating the Caregiving Journey, a conference to empower family caregivers with resources and knowledge. Attendees of the conference will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with representatives from these organizations as well as many others. “There are so many advantages to meeting face-to-face to get information – you can discuss the particulars of your own situation and how the resources apply to you and your loved one,” said conference organizer Barbara French.
Navigating the Caregiving Journey will be held October 7, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn at 2500 Neabsco Common Place, Woodbridge, VA 22191.
The conference will include educational sessions every hour throughout the day with a lunch break when attendees can take advantage of the opportunity to relax in the indoor or outdoor seating areas of the hotel and network with other attendees, exhibitors, and speakers.
The Exhibit Hall will feature many local resources that offer products and services available to family caregivers and those in their care. Attendees will have the option to talk one-on-one with exhibitors.
Strategic Management Partners, located in Woodbridge, provides care coordination and patient advocacy, daily money management and fiduciary services, as well as estate administration.
