MurLarkey® Distilled Spirits, LLC has been awarded certification to the Virginia’s Finest Trademark Program for their spirits, including Divine Clarity (Vodka), Justice (Whiskey), ImaGINation (Gin), Clemoncy (Whiskey) and Cincerity (Whiskey).
The collection of whiskies, gin and vodka made by MurLarkey was submitted for review to The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) and approved for certification in early February. Being part of Virginia’s Finest Trademark Program signifies to buyers and consumers that they are purchasing top quality Virginia-produced and processed products.
The program was developed by VDACS to enhance economic opportunities and success of Virginia’s specialty food companies, processors and agriculture producers. The widely recognized blue and red “VA check mark” logo identifies, differentiates and promotes Virginia’s best agriculture and specialty food and beverage products.
MurLarkey’s dedication to Farm to Flask value and creating products with raw, natural ingredients embodies the value and quality that the Virginia’s Finest Trademark Program establishes. At MurLarkey Distilled Spirits, quality and tradition are at the heart of their small-batch distilling which is why many of the spirits are made with locally sourced and milled ingredients. “We want to ensure that each bottle has a true taste of Virginia and we know that’s best achieved by working with other local businesses,” said MurLarkey co-founder Mike Larkin.
Use of the trademark logo will include tradeshows, tasting events, collateral, the website and other forms of marketing. Through repeated use of the trademark logo, buyers will easily identify MurLarkey Distilled Spirits as high quality, Virginia-made products.

MurLarkey Distilled Spirits is currently served at 70 restaurants and bars throughout Virginia and Washington DC, and can also be found in over 60 Virginia ABC stores throughout the state.
