Karen David Live Life WellApril 15, 2018, Live Life Well, LLC will celebrate five years of providing health and wellness services to individuals and groups seeking to meet personal wellness goals.

Founded in April of 2013 by owner Karen David, Live Life Well, LLC has expanded from its initial Warrenton office location to providing services in Fauquier County, Town of Warrenton, Prince William County, and even into Manassas Park by offering classes at the Community Center.

“The business has grown from serving my first client at my home office to offering a suite of services: holistic wellness classes, mini-wellness retreats, guided imagery moments, meditation classes, as well as whole wellness individual coaching in multiple locations,” says David, a registered nurse who formerly worked in oncology.

David says she set her business model up to explore physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Services are designed to help individuals see the entirety of their life, including self, family, community and work.

“My business’s success is measured by each client’s journey and discovery of self,” says David. “I believe that wellness occurs when each individual becomes abundant in the practice of living life now.”

David’s own life journey led to the founding of Live Life Well, LLC.

“I was diagnosed with gastroparesis, a disorder that slows or stops the movement of food from your stomach to your small intestines. My diagnosis empowered me to explore my own health needs, what interventions I needed to initiate and how to plan for them.

“I found through my exploration a need for awareness, acknowledgment and acceptance of where I was currently in my life. This led to finding accountability for what I wanted to change and what I wanted to become. That was the basis of Live Life Well,” says David.

David partners with her clients, acting as a guide to, as she describes it, “help them over, through or around barriers as they work towards meeting specific goals.”

A member of the Haymarket Gainesville Business Association (HGBA), the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce and other professional associations, David continues to expand her reach by working with small businesses seeking affordable wellness programs that support the individual to improve health, productivity, morale and attendance.
