The leaves have started to fall and the chill has arrived, but there is still lots of happenings throughout Prince William & Manassas. From the Fall Gallery Walk in Manassas, to the amazing Shanghai Acrobats to several fitness and festive events, Prince William & Manassas has lots to choose from this November. 

Fall Gallery Walk – Friday, November 4th
Historic Downtown Manassas

Come out and enjoy this FREE biannual event! The merchants of Historic Downtown will be displaying artwork by local, featured artists. Follow the balloons to each destination.

 “Shanghai Nights” Shanghai Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China – Saturday, November 12th
Hylton Performing Arts Center, Manassas

Share the thrills with the whole family as trampoline artists and aerial acrobats fly through the air with the greatest of ease, while jugglers, contortionists, and martial artists demonstrate the exacting precision of their skills. Through jaw-dropping feats of acrobatics, impeccably timed stunts, and beautiful costumes, Shanghai Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China merges the hustle and bustle of contemporary Shanghai with China’s rich cultural heritage to produce this celebration of their country.

 Santa Arrives at Potomac Mills – Saturday, November 11th

Ho, Ho, Ho! Come meet the BIG GUY himself inside Virginia’s largest outlet mall this holiday season.

Paranormal 101 – Saturday, November 12th
Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre, Bristow

Today, many local residents claim that the jail, courthouse and grounds are haunted by spirits from the past. Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre is partnering with East Coast Research and Investigation of the Paranormal (ECRIP) to host a paranormal seminar and investigation at Brentsville. $100 per person for seminar and investigation, $40 for just the seminar, reservations required.

Occoquan Christmas Open House – Friday, November 18th
Historic Occoquan, Occoquan

Come explore the many shops, restaurants and more while you celebrate an old fashioned Christmas during this festive time in Occoquan.

Fireworks Spectacular & Family Fun – Saturday, November 19 – Times TBD
The Promenade at Virginia Gateway, Gainesville

Turkey Trot 10K and Mile – Saturday, November 19th
Marine Corps Base Quantico, Quantico

Runners of all ages are invited to gobble up the Turkey Trot 10K or Mile. Open to runners ages 8 and over, the 10K features the most original and wild Turkey Trot participant shirt. The fast, 6.2 mile course unfurls amidst fall foliage alongside the Creek aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico. The festive finish includes a petting zoo and award presentations of frozen turkeys and pumpkin pies, courtesy of Wegmans.

Girls On The Run 5K – Saturday, November 19th
Pfitzner Stadium, Woodbrige

The Girls on the Run 5K welcomes runners of all ages and abilities – join us for this fun and festive 5K run! Join Girls on the Run participants, families, and supporters for a family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you run, jog, hop, skip, or walk across the finish line we guarantee a celebratory and positive crowd will be there to great you!

Annual Tree Lighting – Friday, November 25th
Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, Woodbrige

Performance by Those Funny Little People, face painting, photos, ice sculpture carving, free carriages with donation of canned good to benefit ACTS.  Great evening of family fun throughout the shopping center.
