Outdoor Fun

September First Friday: Bedtime Read is a children’s reading event hosted in the businesses of Historic Downtown Manassas. Merchants and Restaurants will host a reader within their business to read various children’s books. Children (and their families) will travel from business to business to hear the books being read. Volunteer at the Merrimac Farm Wildlife Garden on Saturday morning to weed, prune and water plants to make sure the Wildlife Garden looks terrific for visitors! The Wildlife Garden is a great area to watch wildlife, learn about native plants and pollinators, and get ideas for your own backyard. Patient First invites the entire Prince William community to the second annual Community Day event! The event will feature a moon bounce, activities for children, games, blood pressure screenings, face painting and ice cones.
