Splashdown Waterpark Season Opening

Charcuterie 101
The Charcuterie 101 workshop led by The Grazing Board will teach you the basics of how to build a charcuterie grazing board sure to be the centerpiece of the party. Included in the one hour class is a Palm leaf platter, Meats, cheeses, fresh fruit & vegetables, complements & spreads, and a two-hour reservation time after the class ends to enjoy your creation. Juneteenth Poetry Jam
Bethel African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church is hosting a Juneteenth Poetry Jam on June 19. Juneteenth is also known as Juneteenth Independence Day or Freedom Day. This virtual event (hosted on Zoom) is open to the community nationwide and will feature Ms. Kim Miller, the first African American Poet Laureate for Prince William County. Father’s Day Brunch
The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation will host a Father’s Day Brunch at Tun Tavern at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. Guests are invited to enjoy a delicious family meal with optional adult beverage in a historic environment at the colonial-era tavern.
