It’s Wednesday and we’re Over the Hump! That means we’re looking forward to weekend events in Prince William and Manassas on this first weekend of summer!

Outdoor Events

At Merrimac Farm WMA, people and the environment can come together as one. It’s a great area to watch wildlife, learn about native plants and pollinators, and get ideas for your own backyard. We need volunteer help to keep nonnative invasive in check to maintain high quality habitat. Wear long pants, sturdy shoes, and long socks. It’s the Great American Campout at Leesylvania State Park! For just $5 per person, you can camp out until 10:00 a. m. Sunday and enjoy ranger-guided programs to learn the basics of camping.
