Craft Classes

Who says taking notes and writing journals has to be boring? Spice up your writing and learn the basics of hand lettering through developing your handwriting as an artistic skill! You’ll take home a black paper journal and a handful of gel pens to start you on your lettering journey. This class is targeted at teens aged 12 to 19, but everyone is welcome! Register here.  $75. Saturday, July 27, 1:00-3:00 p. m. | Hitchcock Paper Co., 125 Mill Street, Occoquan

Learn how to turn simple looking paper strips into beautiful works of art at a paper quilling workshop. First you will learn some basic shapes of quilling, then you will make a beautiful mandala on 5 by 7 inch paper. We are going to frame this mandala in a shadow box. Register here. $80. Sunday, July 28, 1:00-3:00 p. m. | Hitchcock Paper Co., 125 Mill Street, Occoquan
