Prince William Events

Rained out in September, Haymarket Day will be held on Saturday. Enjoy a home town street festival including a parade featuring local schools, performers, and law enforcement, led by the year’s Town Marshal, as well as dozens of vendors, entertainers, and culinary options. Run and Beer Happy is a 5k/10k race ending with a finish festival full of local craft beer and food. Ample parking for all runners and spectators. Bull Run Mountains Conservancy (BRMC)’s annual Halloween Safari is the region’s most unique Halloween event. You’ll take a nighttime hike through the Bull Run Mountains and meet native “wildlife.” You can preregister online at brmconservancy.org for time slots between 7:00 and 8:00 p. m. Friday night is Floating Gourd Night! It’s pumpkin picking with a twist…a pumpkin patch in the pool. So suit up, jump in, and pick your pumpkin! Manassas Events

Manassas Ballet Theatre (MBT) opens its 2018-19 season with the ultimate vampire story – DRACULA. Hylton Center’s Merchant Hall stage becomes Transylvania after dark where just one taste of blood guarantees eternal youth. The Kim Reynolds Band accompanies MBT as they weave this dark tale of the ages. Tickets: hyltoncenter.org. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The walk length is one and three miles around scenic Historic Downtown Manassas. Our walk is a family, stroller and pet friendly community event. Farmers Markets

Don’t forget the Farmers Markets in Historic Downtown Manassas and at Potomac Mills Mall! These run every Saturday through October – just a few more weeks!

Potomac Mills Mall – In the parking lot near Matchbox – 9:00 a. m. – 1:00 p. m.
