Owls Nest Road (Route 658) between Burwell Road (Route 604) and Manley Road will be closed to through traffic from 8:00 a. m. Tuesday, July 25 to 4:00 p. m. Wednesday, July 26 for stormwater pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Residents within the closure area and emergency vehicles will have access to the closed portion of Owls Nest Road, but will not be able to go beyond the point of pipe replacement in either direction.
Traffic will be detoured via Burwell Road, Fitzwater Drive (Route 652) and Manley Road back to Owls Nest Road.
All work is weather permitting.
