Fort Belvoir is scheduled to reopen Pence Gate at 5:00 a. m. Tuesday, Oct. 25.
The gate has been closed since Oct. 2 to facilitate the Route 1 widening project.
Pence Gate is Fort Belvoir’s access control point closest to Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.
Tulley Gate will remain Fort Belvoir’s 24-hour access control point.
Fort Belvoir officials thank everyone for their patience and flexibility during the past month of the construction.
