WRITE BY THE RAILS (WBTR) is holding an en route write-in on Feb. 23, Write ON the Rails. Meet at the Amtrak station in Manassas at 10:00 a. m. We’ll carpool to Vienna and hop on the Metro there, where we’ll have the opportunity to monopolize a car for the whole route to New Carrollton. Bring your notebooks, pens, laptops, phones….whatever will encourage you to write for a couple of hours with no interruptions. Writing prompts will be available for inspiration.
