February Events

WRITE BY THE RAILS (WBTR) is holding an en route write-in on Feb. 23, Write ON the Rails. Meet at the Amtrak station in Manassas at 10:00 a. m. We’ll carpool to Vienna and hop on the Metro there, where we’ll have the opportunity to monopolize a car for the whole route to New Carrollton. Bring your notebooks, pens, laptops, phones….whatever will encourage you to write for a couple of hours with no interruptions. Writing prompts will be available for inspiration. Once we return, we’ll head over to Okra’s Cajun Creole in Historic Downtown Manassas. Can’t come for the ride? Plan to meet us at Okra’s around 2:00 p. m.
