Through a joint investigation with the Northern Virginia Gang task force, ATF, and the Manassas City Police Department, arrest warrants were issued for Manuel Gonzalez for possession of a firearm by a felon, use of a fire arm in the commission of a felony, shooting at an occupied vehicle, and discharge of a firearm in public.
Members from this joint investigative team arrested Gonzalez in Prince William County near Potomac Mills Mall at approximately 8:30 p. m. PWL While the arrest of Gonzalez was occurring, members from the ATF, the Virginia State Police and Manassas City Police executed a search warrant at 9605 Aspen Place to recover evidence related to this incident.
