Groundbreaking on Catharpin Park Concession Building

Prince William County Parks, Recreation & Tourism (DPRT) today broke ground on a new concession building at Catharpin Park.

“The new building will bring an addition of permanent restrooms, and accessibility improvements which will expand recreational opportunity and accommodate greater park usership. The auxiliary building design includes public restrooms, a concession area, and storage space”, says Amarjit S. Riat, Prince William County Parks Engineering Manager for the project.

Construction on the new building is expected to be completed in October 2022.
