Startup Grind

Prince William County networking has a new look as Startup Grind comes to the county. Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. They host monthly events throughout the world featuring successful entrepreneurs, local founders, innovators, educators and investors who share their personal stories and lessons learned in their own experience.

“CenterFuse is excited to bring this partnership with Startup Grind to Prince William County and the City of Manassas. This is could not be a better fit with our mission: Entrepreneurs supporting Entrepreneurs,” said Bennett Whitlock.

In partnership with CenterFuse, the ideal co-working space in Manassas to grow your business, Startup Grind Prince William County will be hosting their monthly events in Historic Downtown Manassas. You can find more information about their upcoming events by visiting their website:

If you are looking for a new kind of networking event look no further. Some of the highlights and what you might expect at one of these events:

  • We value making friends over making “connections”
  • We want to build a culture where startups can be comfortable asking for or receiving the help they need to grow
  • We have food and drinks
  • We know it’s hard to find a great networking event and even harder if you have to travel the 95 corridor into D.C. to get there.

The goal of Startup Grind Prince William County is to help build a better business community. We need to facilitate the relationships between startups and those who are willing to share their experience. These relationships can be extremely hard to find as a new business owner.

“We want to strengthen our economic footprint here in Prince William and surrounding areas. There is no reason for entrepreneurs not to succeed if they have the right access to these resources.” Dan Woerheide, Director

Startup Grind is a connected online and offline network of vibrant startup communities to help fuel innovation, economic growth, and prosperity at the local level. While Startup Grind was founded in Palo Alto, California, our extended network of Startup Grind Chapters are located around the world.
