REALTOR® Association of Prince William CEO April McMillan said, “Our snapshot of the Prince William County Housing Market for last month continues to fair favorable as compared to October of 2014. We have seen a similar number of closed sales from year to year but have seen a substantial growth in the overall median house price.”
