Lilly Castillo, 8, considers holding a ball python at the Prince William County Recycles Day at the Prince William County Landfill Complex. Francis Valera, of the county’s Mosquito and Forest Pest Management office, is holding the snake. Activities at the event, held Saturday, were aimed at teaching people the importance of recycling and how recycling works.
