Nancy Ramirez has been nominated for the Prince William Living Influential Women Award for her compassionate leadership in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and service to the military spouse community.

As a Coast Guard spouse, healthcare professional, and business owner, Nancy’s work reflects a deep commitment to improving quality of life for those she serves. Her nominator shared that “Nancy’s work itself embodies civic leadership, as she serves the military community and provides healthcare access to a diverse patient population.”

In her role at Gameday Men’s Health, Nancy provides personalized care to 15–30 patients daily, helping expand access to men’s health services in Greater Prince William. At the same time, she has grown her own Med Spa business, creating, as her nominator described, “a trusted space for wellness and self-care within the community.”

Nancy’s influence extends beyond clinical care. Patients often share that her support helps them re-engage more confidently with their families, workplaces, and communities. As a military spouse, she also serves as a role model, showing others that it is possible to build a business while navigating the challenges of military family life.

Nancy Ramirez is being nominated because of her strength, compassion, and determination, and for the meaningful impact she has on individuals and families across the region.
