“We are excited to welcome Karen to Project Mend-A-House.  Her enthusiasm and excitement about continuing our basic work of home repairs will help our organization to assist so many more residents,” said Barbara Reese, Board of Directors Secretary.  “We have three big projects in progress and Karen’s skills will help us to raise the money we need to finish these projects.”

PMAH helps low income seniors, disabled and veterans with home repairs and modifications, home safety and fall prevention such as grab bars for bathrooms or ramps for limited mobility.  Last year PMAH served over 187 residents with nearly 500 tasks.  Projects are completed by volunteers from the community.
