Prince William County SealPRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA . . . The public is invited to attend a ceremony commemorating the 12th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, at 7 p.m. The ceremony, which will be held on the County Complex near the James J. McCoart Building, will also include the dedication of the World Trade Center Steel Monument.

The ceremony will include brief comments by Board of County Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart, the reading of the names of the County residents who were killed that day, and placing flowers on the memorial fountain to honor and remember them.

We hope you will join us on Sept. 11 to remember the fallen, to embrace those who lost their loved ones, and to ensure that we never forget what happened on Sept. 11, 2001.
