Pure Barre, Woodbridge’s newest fitness studio, offers a Pure Empower class that’s gaining many fans of its fusion format.

“Pure Empower is a 45-minute full-body, cardio-centric strength training class,” said Chelsea Shea, owner of Pure Barre Woodbridge. “Our clients love the workout, the support, and the challenge.”

Class Formats

The class is one of several group class formats featured at the fitness studio. Each format delivers an effective total body barre workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements. Beginners at the studio start with the Foundations class as an introduction to their methodology. Then, clients move on to Classic, the original 50-minute barre class offering the fastest, most effective low-impact, full-body barre workout. And finally, the Pure Empower class takes fitness to a whole new level.
