Provided by Prince William County National Organization for Women
The Prince William County chapter of the National Organization for Women (PWC NOW) will partner for a second year with U.S. General Services Administration’s Computers for Learning program (CFL) and the Prince William County Schools Information Technology Office to supply refurbished computers to all elementary schoolchildren at four area schools. The event will take place from 8:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m., this Thursday, April 28, 2016, at GSA Warehouse located at 6803 Loisdale Road, Springfield, VA 22150.
This year PWC NOW will participate in the program by providing approximately $20,000 worth of technology equipment to West Gate Elementary School, Mullen Elementary School, Sudley Elementary School and Loch Lomond Elementary School.
Last year PWC NOW selected the Computers for Learning Program for Minnieville Elementary School, Dale City Elementary School, and R. Dean Kilby Elementary School. PWC NOW remains dedicated to ensure that all PWC students have access to modern technology.
Volunteers are needed to help support this effort. Please contact Mike Beatty, PWC NOW Board Member at email@example.com for additional information.
