PWCS Students Win Big at Literary Festival

Faadil Mohammed, a freshman at Osbourn Park High School, won first place at the Gaithersburg Book Festival with his short story, “Hell-th Insurance.” Colgan High School’s Shelby Bailey tied for third place and won Fan Favorite with her story, “Spotless.” Congratulations to all three PWCS students for making it to the finals and to our winners:

  • Naomi Kline – Osbourn Park High School, grade 11;
  • Shelby Bailey – Colgan High School, grade 11; and
  • Faadil Mohammed – Osbourn Park High School, grade 9.
