PWCS recently updated and revised Regulation 738-1, Complaint Procedures for Student Claims of Discrimination or Harassment, and Regulation 738-3, Harassment of Students, to clarify the time frames applicable to the investigation and resolution of student claims of discrimination and harassment, to address the outcome of such complaints, and to provide contact information for the Division’s Section 504 and Title IX Coordinators.
