The newly combined company, Quad M Tech, Corp (“Quad M Tech”), emerges as one of the leaders in the Information Technology, Cyber Threat awareness industry. William Price, CSONV’s founder and CEO, has been named the COO of the new combined company. Kevin Mann, founder and President of Quad M Tech, Corp, will assume the role of CEO. Quad M Tech continues to enforce its vision: Educate and protect businesses to ensure their security and help them achieve maximum productivity through technology advancement.
