A presentation at the 2017 Navigating the Caregiving Journey conference
Registration to participate in Navigating the Caregiving Journey, a conference to empower family caregivers with resources and knowledge, is now open. This conference will feature educational sessions throughout the day, as well as an exhibit hall where attendees will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with representatives from many local resources that offer products and services available to family caregivers and those in their care. The Navigating the Caregiving Journey family caregivers conference will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at All Saints’ Church, 14851 Gideon Drive, Woodbridge.
Educational sessions will be presented by professionals who are well respected in their fields and include:

How to care for your loved one’s money
Community resources
Legal needs
Fraud protection and prevention
The Exhibit Hall will be open from 9:00 a. m. – 2:00 p. m., with exhibitors from many local companies/organizations that offer resources to caregivers and their families. There will be many opportunities for attendees to have conversations with representatives from these local resources during the conference to ask questions or just get more information about the goods and services that are available.
