Congresswoman Barbara Comstock (R-VA) released the following statement after the Administration lifted the federal hiring freeze that was announced back in January:
“I am pleased to see the temporary federal hiring freeze ended. Any reorganizing should be done strategically, not with freezes or across the board cuts. The federal budget cannot be balanced on the backs of our dedicated federal workforce.”
