Salute to the Armed Forces to be Held Oct. 28

On Monday, Oct. 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Prince William Chamber of Commerce and their Veterans Council will be hosting the Annual Salute to Armed Forces event. The event will be held at The Clubs at Quantico Crossroads Event Center. The Garrison Commander from Ft. Belvoir and the Base Commander from Marine Corps Base Quantico will share updates on their installations, along with presenting special recognition for selected Soldiers and Marines.
The program is packed with inspiring entertainment:
  • Linton Hall School Fife & Drum Corps
  • Recognition of attending World War II, Korea and Vietnam veterans and Gold Star Wives and Mothers;
  • The Prince William Chamber’s own America’s Got Talent Top 5 Finalist celebrity, Caleb Green from Voices of Service, who will share his story.
To view Voices of Service’s journey first-hand, click here. Three of the members are from Woodbridge and one is from Williamsburg. They use this international platform to spread the message of love and hope through music for all those coping with PTSD or any challenge.
This Salute to Armed Forces draws hundreds of attendees representing the military, veterans, and a broad spectrum from the business community.
