Business owners Allen and Debbie White,  Prince William County Supervisor Ruth Anderson and members of the community recently celebrated the new location of  Serendipity Quilting Studio, Inc. Located at 2224 Tacketts Mill Drive, Lake Ridge,  Serendipity is a full service quilt shop featuring a large selection of fabric, thread and notions, as well as Bernina Sewing Machines.

Owner Debbie White wants the region’s quilters and sewing enthusiasts to regard Serendipity as a welcoming, supportive shop that can assist them with all of their sewing projects.  Patrons are encouraged to bring any issues or concerns with their quilting or fabric projects to the Serendipity team for consultation and advice.  In addition, they would enjoy seeing the finished projects and remind their quilters to bring them in once they are completed.

Owning a quilt shop has been owner Debbie White’s long-time dream, and she invites you to check out the calendar on her website for a list of classes and events. Debbie has called Northern Virginia home for the past 25 years, but she still treasures the traditions of life in her native Blue Ridge Mountains, especially quilting.  Please stop by to browse, pick up a “Row by Row” or other kit, or just say hi.

Serendipity Quilting Studio is open from 10:00 a. m. until 7:00 p. m. Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a. m. until 4:00 p. m. on Saturday.  You may reach Debbie at 571-408-4435 or at her website, serendipityquiltingstudioinc.com.
